GKD postiz Data Deletion Instructions
These instructions concern data processed by the Meta app “GKD postiz” for Facebook Pages and Instagram. They are separate from website cookie deletion.
You may revoke the app’s permissions and request deletion of associated data at any time.
1. Disconnect the app in Meta
In Facebook, open Settings → Business Integrations, find “GKD postiz”, and remove its access. Menu names may change. Also check connected-app settings on Instagram if applicable.
Revoking access stops future access through the revoked connection but does not automatically remove data stored separately or posts already published.
2. Request deletion of your data
Email gkaczmarek@gkd.agency with subject “GKD postiz data deletion”. Include your Facebook Page name or Instagram username and a way for us to verify authorization. Never send a password or access token.
After verifying authorization we remove integration data that is no longer required, including stored connection data and scheduled unpublished content where held by us and not subject to legal retention. We confirm the outcome; GDPR requests are generally answered within one month.
3. Remove previously published posts separately
Posts already published to Facebook or Instagram remain on those platforms. Delete them from the relevant Page or account using Meta’s own tools.
